If you are sensitive to gluten, please avoid ALL fried and breaded food items. The best options are broiled/grilled items, salads (without croutons) and vegetable side items. Please ask for a manager when ordering. The manager will work with the kitchen staff to help avoid gluten grains being added to the order by accident (including wheat or spices containing gluten). We separate ingredients/menu items into their own fryers but cannot guarantee a gluten–free environment due to our hand breading process and the probability that there is wheat flour in the air. Entrees should be ordered without hushpuppies or a baguette.
