Had an outstanding experience at Sea Island Shrimp House. The food was great, but what truly stood out was the service. Henry, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. He created an atmosphere that turned a simple meal into a memorable experience.
It is rare to come across that level of hospitality. You can tell he takes pride in his team and in delivering a great customer experience.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We will definitely be back.

I had long cut back on eating out (especially fast food), the last several years. But, my daughter asked me to taike her to use her Sea Island Birthday Coupon. I got the Sea Monster Fish Sandwich with the Cajun Fries. It is one of my favorite meals. Now, I visit the Forum San Antonio, Texas location infrequently because it is so good.
I want to thank the staff for providing a friendly and inviting environment every time I visit. Recently, temporary manager Henry Mendoza introduced himself, provided good food and service, and shared some good stories. Therefore, I want to thank him, the other managers, and staff for making it enjoyable when I duck in for a bite, though I have otherwise cut back on all other eating out. Thank You.

This was our first time trying Sea Island Shrimp House and the experience was excellent! From the lady at the front, to the person who brought our food to the table, to management checking on us during our meal. Iโm a firm believer that โattitude reflects leadershipโ and their leadership and customer service is phenomenal!
Not a lot of seafood places around. This my favorite for seafood.

Been coming here for over 35 years. Prices are fare and food is great. Just wish they would give real butter for the corn instead of soybean margarine. Complained about it many times, but just goes on deaf ears. Even McDonaldโs serves real butter. Food server named Daniel was very helpful and kind.

If I could rate this experience higher, I absolutely would. Itโs hard to find truly great fish in North Texas, which is exactly why we make it a point to stop here every time weโre in San Antonio. This visit to Sea Island Shrimp House exceeded even our already high expectations.
Megan was, without question, one of the most pleasant and professional servers weโve had in a long time. She struck that perfect balance of attentiveness and authenticity, going out of her way to ensure our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. A small moment that really stood outโwhen I asked about the lemon pepper seasoning available to customers, she took the extra step to explain that it wasnโt the same as what they use in the kitchen. Instead of leaving it there, she proactively checked with the manager to see if we could purchase the actual seasoning to take home. That level of initiative is rare and appreciated.
Equally impressive was Meganโs humilityโshe was quick to credit their new chef, Anthony, for the quality of the meal. And she was right to do so. Anthony may be new, but the execution was exceptional. This was, without exaggeration, the best fish weโve had at this locationโperfectly seasoned, fresh, and cooked with precision.
Kudos to the entire team at Sea Island on Forum I-35. Experiences like this are what turn a reliable stop into a standout destination. Weโll definitely be backโmore than onceโbefore heading home.
