Every filet is breaded by hand in the kitchen you’re ordering from and dropped into the fryer only after you order it. No pre-breading and no batch fried at eleven and sold at two. For more than 60 years, we still make our own signature breading and tartar sauce to ensure your fried fish or fried catfish is tender, hot and crispy every time.
