I like this location it is always clean the staff is very polite and professional
Covid mandates and restrictions has had its toll on all restaurants. Wonder that more than the many did not go out of business. Glad this Family chain Sea Island Shrimp House managed to survive. It constantly offers meals at reasonal prices & consistency in quality, although now paying around $ 6 more for a seafood platter. That's inflation. The staff has been downsized. No front receptionist. Good that a previous likeable manager has returned to this location from New Braunfels.
Had the 60th anniversary platter and everything was delicious. Lots of food for a good price. My only gripe is there were lots of knats flying around our table.
Had an outstanding experience at Sea Island Shrimp House. The food was great, but what truly stood out was the service. Henry, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. He created an atmosphere that turned a simple meal into a memorable experience.
It is rare to come across that level of hospitality. You can tell he takes pride in his team and in delivering a great customer experience.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We will definitely be back.

I had long cut back on eating out (especially fast food), the last several years. But, my daughter asked me to taike her to use her Sea Island Birthday Coupon. I got the Sea Monster Fish Sandwich with the Cajun Fries. It is one of my favorite meals. Now, I visit the Forum San Antonio, Texas location infrequently because it is so good.
I want to thank the staff for providing a friendly and inviting environment every time I visit. Recently, temporary manager Henry Mendoza introduced himself, provided good food and service, and shared some good stories. Therefore, I want to thank him, the other managers, and staff for making it enjoyable when I duck in for a bite, though I have otherwise cut back on all other eating out. Thank You.

This was our first time trying Sea Island Shrimp House and the experience was excellent! From the lady at the front, to the person who brought our food to the table, to management checking on us during our meal. I’m a firm believer that “attitude reflects leadership” and their leadership and customer service is phenomenal!
Not a lot of seafood places around. This my favorite for seafood.

Been coming here for over 35 years. Prices are fare and food is great. Just wish they would give real butter for the corn instead of soybean margarine. Complained about it many times, but just goes on deaf ears. Even McDonald’s serves real butter. Food server named Daniel was very helpful and kind.
