We have been to sea Island twice now, and I absolutely love it. I recently moved to the San Marcos area and found that there wasn't as many seafood places
Food was nice fresh and hot, the green beans are so delicious and the fried catfish as well. The coleslaw needs some work. It was a little dry and it wasn't

My wife and I ate at this restaurant today and 2 great meals. I had issue with the lobster roll and the manager was more the happy to make this right. He was very sincere and very professional along with his staff. We will be going to this place more often. Its very seldom you get service like that. Thank you sea Island it was a pleasure.
We've always loved Sea Island. We normally go for the lunch specials. They offer great sides and the service is good too. The only issue I have is that
The only reason this Sea Island doesn't have all five star reviews is because only those people upset or posting. I have eaten here several times and it's always good. The charbroiled shrimp is something you'll find no other place and is spectacular. All of their sides, including their red potatoes, okra and buttered spinach are incredibly good. I have nothing bad to say about restaurants. In general their staff and management is top-notch. Managers often coming by the table to make sure everything's fine. Highly recommended and one of my regulars when in town.
Visit August 2025: I had their Grilled Shrimp with diablo sauce, spinach and corn cobblet was delicious. Restaurant & restroom were clean and comfortable. Keep up the Great work.
Your front of house is immaculately clean, your kitchen looks the same- as a former restaurant owner/ managing partner. Obviously, you're doing a great job. I absolutely love coming in to the friendly staff (that remembers me and my family....), efficient management, the good food, exceptional service and pleasant atmosphere. I give ya'll 5 stars. I enjoy everything I've ever ordered and the service is up to par with pricier restaurants. I'm enjoying a quick decompression sangria as we speak. I love giving my hard-earned educator dollar to a business that shows their appreciation through the service I receive and the high- quality food I savor.

Have just about always came to this location to dine. Food is good and inexpensive. The staff from management to floor staff are great. Very friendly and welcoming. When My grandson and I are out and about running errands in the Forum he points to Sea Island and wants get down and eat here. My grandson especially likes it when Daniel the food runner is here, Daniel makes sure my grandson has everything he may need. Sea Island at the Forum keep doing an awesome job.
